Independent Pacific Bay Coffee Co. and Micro-Roastery, located in Downtown Walnut Creek, CA, is offering ground floor opportunities to join our team of highly skilled baristas.
You will be responsible for ensuring that we meet or exceed our customer's expectations on every visit and have a desire to prepare the highest quality beverages available. A positive attitude and attention to detail is required.

| Qualifications |
Professional barista skills preferred (i.e. pulling shots to order, excellent beverage prep skills, latte art, etc.), however we will train the right person with a passion for coffee, proven exceptional customer service/teamwork skills and stellar references. |
