Waverly's Coffee and Espresso To Go is opening in late March in Central Tucson (Craycroft neighborhood). Our goal is to bring the real Northwest coffee experience to the Southwest coffee lover. Our products are superior and our menu creative. Our main philosophy is 1) Make your customers happy and the money will come and 2) Serve a great product and have fun at work and you will make your customers and your employees happy.
We are seeking a FT Manager with a passion for and experience in the Coffee and Espresso business. There is the potential to own a piece of the business and/or make crazy bonus money if you help us grow. If you love this business and want in, we want to talk to you. We are neither a chain nor a franchise...just a group of coffee lovers and roasters with a new concept and a great location!
We are also hiring part time baristas. We prefer some experience, but will consider the right person with a desire to learn the business, a good head on their shoulders and a reliable work ethic. We will work with school schedules the best we can.

| Qualifications |
Must fully understand the coffee and espresso business and be able to lead other less experienced team members to excellece. Customer service focus, speed, ability to inspire others combined with the ability to make the tough decisions about inventory, waste reduction and employee management. If you take this job, this will be your store. If you manage it well, you will share in the profits. |
