| Qualifications |
The ideal candidate will have:
· 3-5 years experience in a restaurant or food service environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory position
· Proven ability to increase sales, build a superior team, and control costs
· Demonstrated ability to lead team to meet or exceed quotas and related business plan goals with limited direction and supervision
· Requires working flexible hours to support coffeehouse location hours
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent communication skills required
