Counter Culture Coffee is hiring for their local training center.
Job Introduction:
A Customer Relations Representative is primarily responsible for the level of satisfaction a customer has with the company. This position involves the responsibility of consulting and training on a wide variety of topics regarding food-service and coffee. The representative must be motivated to learn about coffee and the specialty industry, and become a coffee expert. They must lead and teach with confidence. They must be able to solve problems proactively, and without direct supervision. Customer Relations is a vital part of our company’s success. A person in this role must be coffee driven, and be motivated to excel at many duties within the organization. This role also has a specific impact on building relationships with customers. This person must be able to offer excellent customer service, and speak intelligently about our coffee offerings and other products. Two of the most important areas requiring proficiency in this role are an exceptional base of coffee knowledge, and the highest level of inter-personal skills. This position requires regular travel and great flexibility in work schedule. |
