| Job Description |
Under the direction of the sales manager, maintaining regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with products and customer service.
Introducing customers to new products and programs.
Tracking sales for house customers to ensure that we are maintaining a strong relationship and sales levels.
Responding in a timely manner to customer questions and service requests.
Contacting existing and potential customers to introduce allied products and customer programs.
Setting sales goals and pursuing those goals for allied products.
Working with the sales department, Coffee & Espresso Trainer, and others to evaluate new allied products establish program if it is determined that we will begin carrying the new product. |
